Attorney Robert M. Herz relishes the time spent in the courtroom in front of a judge or jury. Courtroom litigation takes a combination of knowledge of the law, skill in public speaking and an intuitive ability to read other people. He has these skills and also has the pleasure of working with what he believes is the best investigator and the best paralegal in the state of Alaska.

Of the three individuals who were found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to death row, only one was executed.
